Collection and drop off
Will my dog be picked up and dropped off for day care?
Yes. We collect your dog from home before 10am and drop them back after 4pm, in Waltham Abbey, Epping, Loughton and Theydon Bois.
Can my dog be picked up and dropped home for boarding?
Yes. We pick up and drop home in the mornings and late afternoons. You are also welcome to drop off and collect from us at 2 Stable Lodge, Waltham Abbey EN9 2EP, at any time.

We pick up and drop off in Waltham Abbey, Epping, Loughton and Theydon Bois. Get in touch to check that your address is on our route.
Prices and opening hours
How much does dog day care cost?
Dog day care is £35 for a full day, including pick up and drop off.
How much does dog boarding cost?
Dog boarding is £50 per 24 hours. This includes pick up and drop off, any medication your dog needs, and play and enrichment in our field.
What are your opening hours?
Day care runs from 7.30am to 9pm every day. Dog boarding is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
About your dog
What size dog do you accept?
We accept small to medium breeds. Border Collie size is our maximum.
Why do you not accept large breeds?
We love dogs of all sizes, but we feel small dogs can be intimidated by larger breeds, so we only take small to medium dogs.
Do male dogs need to be neutered?
Yes. Male dogs must be neutered after the age of one. If your female dog is in season, please let us know in advance.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes. We give medication during boarding. Just tell us what your dog needs when you book.
What should I bring for boarding?
Please bring your dog's usual food and their own bed.
Our home and field
Will my dog stay in a kennel?
No. Dogs stay with us in our family home in Waltham Abbey and spend the day in our two acre secure field.
How high are the surrounding fences?
The fences around our land are between 5 and 6 feet high.
Is there wildlife nearby?
We have the usual local wildlife, and there is a horse in the next field, separated by a 6 foot fence.
What do dogs do during day care?
Dogs spend the day in our two acre secure field, with enrichment activities, ball games and plenty of play with other dogs. They can come into our dog room to rest whenever they like.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We hold a 5 star licence from Epping Forest District Council (LN/00004591).
Can I visit before booking?
