Meet our Team
Jemma
Jemma founded JJ’s VIP Pets in 2008 and has steadily grown the business over the years through word of mouth, trust, and a genuine love of dogs. What began from her purposely refurbished home in Harringey has now moved to its long term home in Waltham Abbey.
This beautiful and private setting has always been the dream, a calm, secure place where dogs can play, rest, and train in a relaxed home environment. It is the perfect space for Dog Day Care, Doggie Day Care, and Dog Boarding for families in Waltham Abbey, Loughton, Epping and the surrounding areas.
Jayne
Jayne has been part of the JJ’s VIP Pets family for the past eight years. She is passionate about everything dog related, with a particular interest in dog psychology, and she spends much of her time studying canine behaviour and body language.
Jayne is also a qualified canine first aider, bringing extra peace of mind for owners using our Dog Day Care and Dog Boarding services in Waltham Abbey, Loughton and Epping.
She has owned dogs her whole life and currently shares her home with Bombay, her much loved Border Collie. Jayne also makes the best organic dog treats, which are always a hit with our four legged guests.
Kevin
Kevin is Jemma’s husband and a big part of the JJ’s VIP Pets family. He is a local firefighter and helps behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
You will often spot Kevin out in the dog field, repairing fences, maintaining the space, cutting the grass, and helping out with the dogs day to day. He has had dogs his whole life and has always loved animals, especially dogs and horses.
You will also see him in the photo here, taking the dogs (and our goats, Ronnie and Reggie) out for a walk.
