The information we collect about our customers includes: who you are, where you live, what sort of pets you have, what your e-mail address is, how we can contact you when you are away, whether you have any other requirements, and how we can best help you. We also from time to time take photographs of your pets for use in our newsletters, website, and other client based communications.

We keep all this material safe in our secure records system. It is not available for anyone else to see and we do not offer it to any of our strategic partners or indeed anyone else.

Security

As required we keep a set of keys for all customers that is kept secure and safe in our lockable key cabinet away from any personal details. Keys do not have the address marked on them and are locked up over night. We also have an alarm system for our home, so there is no chance of your keys/address being at risk.

Changes to Terms & Conditions and JJ's VIP Pets

We may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms.
